Data Controller

The Data Controller is TEAM ITALIA S.r.l. (hereinafter “Data Controller”), in the person of the pro-tempore legal representative with registered office in VIAREGGIO (LU).

Personal data are collected by the Data Controller through registration and storage in our paper and electronic databases.

The processing is based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, purpose limitation and conservation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality and accountability.

Purpose of the data processing and Legal Basis

The data collected and processed will be used exclusively for the purposes of:

  • Commercial proposals
  • Tax accounting and legal assistance
  • C.R.M. database and after sales support

The processing of the collected personal data – including any sensitive data (“particular categories of data”) and relating to criminal convictions or crimes (“judicial”) for which your consent is required to be expressed at the bottom of this Privacy Policy -takes place for the management purposes identified above.

All the collected data are processed, therefore, exclusively for obligations related to the activity of the Data Controller, whose legal basis can be found in the need to execute a contract of which you are a party or pre-contractual measures adopted at your request, in fulfilling legal obligations to which the undersigned Data Controller is subject, in the legitimate interest of the same, for tax obligations and safety in the workplace.


Nature of the data provision

The provision of personal data and the consequent processing by the Data Controller, for the aforementioned purposes, are necessary for the establishment, continuation and correct management of the relationship between the Data Controller and the Data Subject or must be understood as mandatory based on law, regulation or community legislation; any refusal to provide the personal data requested may cause the impossibility, in whole or in part, to perfect and manage the relationship in place or in progress.


Mode of data processing

The data will be processed – by those in charge of processing – with manual, IT and telematic tools within the scope and for the purposes specified above and, in any case, always respecting the security and confidentiality of the same, also in compliance with the law and the provisions of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.


Categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated:

The processing of personal data will be carried out by means of subjects expressly and specifically designated as specifically trained appointees; these subjects will process the data in accordance with the instructions received from the Data Controller, according to operational profiles attributed to them in relation to the functions performed.

The data may also be processed by third parties (outsourcers), which are used for the provision of services related to the purposes pursued, which our organization evaluates from time to time, to ensure greater protection, and to appoint as external managers of the treatments put in place. In all cases, these subjects will process the data in accordance with the instructions received from the Data Controller, according to operational profiles attributed to them in relation to the functions carried out, limited to what is necessary and instrumental for the execution of specific operations in the context of the services requested and exclusively for the achievement of the purposes indicated in this statement.


Duration of treatment and storage

The collected data will be kept for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, to fulfill contractual or pre-contractual, legal and / or regulatory obligations (subject to statutory and prescriptive time limits, with due respect for rights and in compliance with the consequent obligations).

In particular, the criteria used to determine the retention period are established by specific laws that regulate the activity of the Data Controller (e.g. by the tax legislation regarding the processing of administrative-accounting data or by specific provisions of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data that have regulated the processing activity and the purposes pursued by the Data Controller; finally, please note that your personal data may also be stored until the time permitted by Italian law.


Rights of the interested party:

The interested party shall be entitled to:

• obtain the cancellation or transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law;

• obtain the updating, rectification and integration of data;

• obtain proof that these operations have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data are disclosed;

• oppose for legitimate reasons the processing of data or any automated decision-making process (including profiling);

• obtain the limitation of the treatment or the portability from other holder.

To this end, it will be necessary to send the request, through specific communication by e-mail addressed to (specifying “Privacy” in the subject) or by registered mail with return receipt to TEAM Italia S.r.l.

Please also note that the data subject always has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data for the exercise of his rights or for any other matter relating to the processing of his personal data.

The interested party always has the right to revoke the consent to the processing given for the purposes indicated above, withoutprejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.

  • Youtube: platform, owned by Google, for sharing videos. Cookies are set when accessing the page containing the embed, and when the video is started, and do not allow the identification of the User unless he is already logged into the Google profile.
